Arena, the band, brings to mind the foggy street backdrop to a good 'ole White Chapel haunting in only a way true blue Brits can. "Pepper's Ghost" is an impressive prog rock album that is as expansive as it is focused & cohesive. Where "Contagion", a previous album, strayed a bit all over the map, Pepper's Ghost is a focused mind trip of an album that is more compact, albeit a tad more guitar oriented (but nowhere near metal as the previous reviewer asserted), and carefully layered in a deliciously gloomy & doomy persona. Accomplished, melodic & highly memorable, THIS is the album that I had hoped Arena would finally deliver. In time, I believe this release will be revered as an ageless classic.

arena why ohh why??? maybe 1 (one) memorable song here. why have you forsaken us???? trying to be a heavy metal band is not your forte. give us the old Arena, with lush keyboards, intricate guitar, and gutsy, vocals. this album by your own standards is a (1) one!

The best album till now, from one of the most finest progressive rock/metal bands in UK. This is a progressive masterpiece. Need to say more?

| Muy bueno
Nos encontramos frente a un CD de alto nivel, aunque un poco menos progresivo que sus predecesores, pues cada vez incorporan elementos mas heavys y retiran los elementos neo progresivos de sus inicios. El CD dura 52 minutos y su presentación grafica es excelente. Tenemos temas para todos los gustos, neo progresivos, heavy progresivos y por algunos momentos algunos temas un tanto lateros. Sin duda que los amantes de Arena gustarán de este CD, los amantes de Pendragon, Marillion, etapa Fish y IQ, le encontrarán mas de algun defecto.
