This is an Enhanced CD, which contains both regular audio tracks and multimedia computer files.
Clearly not wishing to lose the considerable head of steam accumulated by their ever-more popular albums, Finnish extreme metal favorites Children of Bodom unleashed this four-track EP in 2005 -- just in case their fans were starting to forget them. No chance of that, as it were; besides a couple of excellent originals (the very appealing, riff and synth-laden title track and its similarly hooky counterpart "Knuckleduster" -- both typically Bodom), Trashed, Lost & Strungout contains a revealing pair of covers exposing the group's pop-metal influences. Namely: Alice Cooper's oft-overlooked '80s comeback hit "Bed of Nails," and, even more surprising, Andrew W.K.'s career-making single "She Is Beautiful" -- both of them thrashed up a tad, yet still thoroughly recognizable. Finally, there's a hefty multimedia section boasting the title track's promo video and a 20-minute expose following the bandmembers as they goof around their native Helsinki to help convince any fans with itchy trigger-fingers. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia

Title track alone is brilliant!!! Knuckleduster - excellent thrash-esque track is amazing to bang you head to. Being a fan of Alice Cooper too, Bed Of Nails is another great cover by Bodom. Which leaves Andrew WK cover of She Is Beautiful which is a good piss take. Good video too!!

This [EP] is awesome!!! Every song is good."Trashed, Lost and Strung Out" has got to be one of Bodom's best songs ever!!And the "Bed of Nails" cover is just amazing.You can't go wrong when you buy this CD.The 2 video's that are enhanced features are awesome as well.If you like Bodom or thrash metal, buy this CD!!!!

ALEXI LAIHO KICKS ASSES
Children Of Bodom is one of the best bands out there, form all the albums to all the way to the EP. Wildchild is a Guitar legend and his talet for metal, to me is beyond human. This is all i have to say (I could sit here and ramble on allday about how great Alexi is.)
