3 stars Tae Bo Works for Weight Loss!
I have been doing Tae bo for the bast 9 weeks. I started with the Celebrity Fit Cardio and have since moved onto the Fat Blasting Cardio. I have lost 38 lbs in 9 weeks and love these workouts! It is very challenging at first but if you stick with it they become much more doable. I do the Fat Blasting Cardio 6 days per week and find myself missing it on my day off. I have been doing this particular video for the past 2 weeks and can finally do the entire video up to speed using the bands for only a portion but even so feel like I have gotten a great workout in! Would definitley recommend for those looking to shed pounds!!!
