 Chino XL at his best!!
This is my fave Chino album so far. I liked "Told You So" more than his first and now I like this more than both of those. Chino is one of the very few mc's that constantly churn out consistent material. It's a damn crime that the kid never blew but he doesn't seem unmoved by the lack of support. I put him in my top 10 all time greats along with Pun & Ras Kass. The metaphors on some of the tracks had me creasing. Support good music!!

 Best Rapper Alive!!
Much props to Chino! He really out did his self on this ablum. His skills are incredible. It's definitely a Classic! meaning that you don't have to skip tracks at all, just let it play. Every single track gives me the chills and if you get chill bumps, you know a song is good. I be gett'in mad how he be mak'in us wait for so long but, it's alway's worth the wait. For everyone reading this, if your into lyrics like I am you'll definitely enjoy this masterpiece. It's just sad to me how these other so-called rappers be gett'in paid and all they do is flaunt the things they possess. Come on people WAKE-UP 4Real!! This is the essence of Hip-Hop; spitt'in lyrics, hav'in fun. Money ain't noth'in without LIFE!! Chino is a good leader and of course theres many others(But Chino is the best)follow the lead and catch up. Keep do'in your thing Chino and hopefully the world will accept you. But if not, oh well! Other real people including myself know who's the best lyricist. I would personally like to see you do a song with another favorite rapper of mine. Goes by the name of Chino XL. LoL! but, that is a good idea though, battle yourself on a track. That would be hot! Hope to meet you again one day, Peace!!!!!!!

 Well Worth your collection
If you are a real fan of rap, then Chino should be in your collection. I wish he put out more product but this album goes to show that good quality is better than low quality high quantity. Chino is really the only one to beat Em in a battle that I know of, and you can tell that his wording is well thought out to match to the production.

Yo Chino my Man! Damn son, this Poison Pen album is actually amazing. Like, every joint is awesome. Anybody who diss's you about these tracks are wack. Encredible at flippin' those lyrics. Perfect rhymer, everything makes sense, & clear. I gots to give Chino 2 BIG thumbs up on tis album. Should definatly produce another one asap. Don't front! Peace!

 Could be better.
Its a good cd.But coming from a big chino xl fan , he could have done alot better.Its not no "here to save you all" or an " I told you so". He made us wait for 3 years for this one. He could have at least thrown some more underground on it.Lets just hope the next one doesnt take as long to come out.never the less its a good cd and I recommend anyone who doesnt have it to buy it. After all it is Chino Xl.
