EC really has no shame about trying to bilki as much coing out of his fans as he can. For his last three albums he has released different version in the UK, Japan & USA- some with "extra tracks" to lure his fans into paying import prices.

I worshipped Costello in the 70's and early 80's, saw him live many times in different circumstances. And then one day I couldn't bear to listen even to thirty seconds of him.
