| | Radio Disney Jams Vol. 7 CD Disney Discography of CDs
As the RADIO DISNEY JAMS compilation series has progressed, it has increasingly featured young actors who moonlight as pop performers. This seventh installment of RADIO DISNEY JAMS includes tracks by teen-queen rivals Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan, along with Jesse McCartney and Raven Symone, all of whom balance acting with solo musical careers. While both Duff and Lohan run through anthemic pop-rock tunes on their respective tracks, McCartney offers up a light pop tune and Raven Symone contributes a hip-hop-tinged R&B song. Other tracks on RADIO DISNEY JAMS VOL. 7 keep the tone fun and energetic, particularly Bowling for Soup's "Punk Rock 101" and Smash Mouth's "Come On, Come On." Fans of the KIM POSSIBLE animated show will enjoy Ron Stoppable and Rufus's "The Naked Mole Rap," and those purchasing the edition with a bonus DVD will be treated to the song's video, along with four other videos.

Radio Disney Jams Vol. 7 CD music
$16.45 First released in 1998, "Wander Down Beyond the Rainbow" represents Mim Eichmann and Doug Lofstrom's first collaboration of original children's songs. The album has found renewed excitement coast to coast since Sirius Radio's Kids Network began broadcasting six of the songs three years ago. Many of the songs were inspired by the antics and questions of Mim's three children, such as "Uh Oh It's Tuesday...", "Ode to Little Boys Everywhere," "Crayon Rap" and "The Noodle Song." Also a ballet teacher and choreographer, Mim has written several songs over the years for use in her youngest ballerinas' classes including: "I've Got a Song in My Toes," "The Apple Song" and "Bird Bath Buddies." Currently Mim, who also plays hammered dulcimer, and Doug, are members of Trillium - www.trilliumtheband.com - a quartet with an eclectic repertoire from Celtic to ragtime to folk to bluegrass, music intended for all ages, performing in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. | | The Very Best of Jerry Garcia CDs (2006) Remastered; Digipak; Special Edition
Radio Disney Jams Vol. 7 music CDs
$18.25 Whether one loves or hates the Grateful Dead--the only options for most--Jerry Garcia's undeniable talents as a musician and originator simply can't be argued. His unique brew of bluegrass, jazz, and exploratory rock created an industry of imitators and still stands as Haight-Ashbury's most indelible thumbprint on American music. For appreciators of this talent who could otherwise take or leave the Dead's uneven catalog, Rhino's two-disc VERY BEST OF JERRY GARCIA is a perfect career summation.
Although highlights from his '70s studio output like "Deal," "Sugaree," and "Loser" collected on disc one have aged quite well, the true gems are the live Jerry Garcia Band and Old & In the Way cuts on disc two. The former light up Dylan gems like "Senor (Tales of Yankee Power)" and "Positively 4th Street" while the latter own "Deep Elem Blues." Hammond maestro Merl Saunders joins Garcia for an epic "Dear Prudence," one of the second disc's many highlights.
