4 stars Very Good Piano Playing
This recording has garnered strongly positive reviews in professional magazines, and I can only concur, although not to the same degree that others have expressed. Mr. Ehlen's playing is thoughtful and expressive, never giving way to "interpretation" and sentimentalization. A straight-forward presentation which is very nice.
