Standard Screen; Additional Footage; Soundtrack English; Dolby Digital 5.1 Re Like his previous television outing FREAKS AND GEEKS, producer Judd Apatow's short-lived sitcom UNDECLARED suffered the undeserved fate of being cancelled after only one season. But just like its predecessor, the offbeat series continues to garner a posthumous cult following with its sweet, funny, smart, and almost painfully accurate evocation of another American adolescent rite of passage: freshman year of college. The pitch-perfect Jay Baruchel anchors the series as Steven Karp, a nerdy everyman navigating both the exhilarating freedoms and poignant confusions of college life with the help of his new dormmates Lloyd (Charlie Hunnam), Ron (FREAKS AND GEEKS alum Seth Rogen), and Marshall (Timm Sharp), as well as girl-next-door coeds Lizzie (Carla Gallo) and Rachel (Monica Keena). Musician Loudon Wainwright costars as Steven's divorcé father Hal, who embarrassingly attempts to muscle in on his son's new lifestyle, while Amy Poehler is absolutely hilarious as a RA-from-hell. The series also featured a slew of inspired guest appearances from Ben Stiller, Adam Sandler, Will Ferrell, and, most fittingly, former FREAKS AND GEEKS stars Samm Levine, Jason Segel, Martin Starr, and Busy Philipps. Doing for college what FREAKS AND GEEKS did for high school, UNDECLARED lives on with this collection of 17 episodes from its one and only season. Undeclared - The Complete Series Reviews: "[W]ith the knotty, witty emotionalism you'd expect from the people behind FREAKS AND GEEKS."
-- Brian M. Raftery, Entertainment Weekly "The eminently likable ensemble cast centers on gawky Steven Karp, while Loudon Wainwright III shines as his hang-around dad."

$9.79 Vincent Gallo shocked the 2003 Cannes Film Festival with this highly personal film that he wrote, directed, produced, edited, photographed, and stars in. Gallo plays Bud Clay, a motorcycle racer on his way from New Hampshire to California in a van. The cross-country trip includes stops at a gas station, where Clay meets and falls for a gas station attendant named Violet (Anna Vareschi); a roadside food stand, where he meets the sadly beautiful Lilly (Cheryl Tiegs, making her feature-film debut); and the Las Vegas strip, where he picks up local prostitute Rose (Elizabeth Blake). As he comes into contact with these women, he can't let go of his past, which centers around Daisy (Chloe Sevigny), whom he hopes to find when he returns home to Los Angeles.

Undeclared - The Complete Series movie DVD
$8.85 Genius of mystery and intrigue Christopher Nolan (MEMENTO, FOLLOWING, INSOMNIA) helms this prequel to the Batman films based on the DC Comics series, explaining how Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale)--the billionaire prince of Gotham whose parents were killed in an alleyway mugging--transformed into the crime-fighting superhero. With flashbacks to his privileged childhood, young Master Wayne, as he is called by the butler Alfred (Michael Caine), develops a terrible fear of bats when he falls through the backyard garden into a hidden cave. As a young adult, Wayne lives among the League of Shadows, a martial arts group in the mountains of Asia. His leaders Ra's al Ghul (Ken Watanabe) and Henri Ducard (Liam Neeson) teach him strength, endurance, and--unfortunately--evil, against which he naturally rebels. Returning to Gotham and reinstating himself as a dapper socialite and the rightful heir to his parents' enterprise, Wayne quickly devises his secret identity, commanding help from the gadgetry expert Lucius Fox (Morgan Freeman). With one eye on his childhood ...
| | Danny Kirwan Second Chapter CD (1975) With Book; Limited Edition; Digipak
Undeclared - The Complete Series video
$19.79 The first solo album from Fleetwood Mac singer/songwriter Daniel David Kirwan has the future producer for Human League and Buzzcocks, Martin Rushent, utilizing those skills here, as well as engineering. The sound is crystal clear, and a feather in the cap for Rushent as well as Kirwan. It starts off with an uncharacteristic "Ram Jam City," which has more Lindsey Buckingham sounds than one would expect, especially since the two guitarists come from two different musical worlds. "Odds and Ends" is more lighthearted, the kind of music Paul McCartney toyed with on The White Album's "Rocky Raccoon." What Second Chapter immediately sets forth is the importance of Kirwan as a pop artist, and how, despite Fleetwood Mac's success after he left, his sounds could still have been beneficial to that supergroup. "Hot Summers Day" is a fine example of that, a beautiful song that could offset Buckingham's gritty ramblings. It would have made a nice counterpoint as Stevie Nicks complemented Christine McVie's tunes with her adventures, bringing an important change of pace to that popular band's hits. The jacket looks like a dusty old family album-style book holding Kirwan's Second Chapter. And the music reflects that old-world feel in titles like ...
