Keepin' the legacy alive - No Doubt I'm very happy to receive Taylor's second musical offering. Overall, It's a very serious album and not to be underestimated -
A continuation of great written songs, backed by well balanced, well produced tracks. My favorites are:
(1) We're Goin' Out On The Town; "A sure foot stompin', body movin' (Mid-tempo Dance Number) Floyd delivers those Taylor signature-styled vocals as the track builds, breaks & moves Into a fully-loaded, horn filled, back vocals, southern-styled foot stomper" This song Is full of flavor and sure to move a concert hall or blues party. (2) Baby, I've Changed; "Didn't quite make my favorite list, but a very nice track I think we guys can learn a lil something from" (3) Go Upstairs: "Great slow-drag number, One of the first tracks on the album to catch my attention" (4) Slipped, Tripped, Stumbled & Fell; "Nice, Relaxing...great ballad, Taylor signature-styled vocals, Nice guitar & piano work, sweetened by tender sax runs" (7) We're Goin' Steppin'; "Steppers get ready to step to this...Moves, with an R Kelly kinda flo'" (8) I've Got To Love Somebody's Baby; "One for the true-blues-lovers, Floyd really puts-it-down!!! a number originally done by his father, the late-legendary (JT)" (9) Unfinished Business; "Mind blowin', moody, and very sensual...chill the wine & light the candles, Lovers are sure to be captured by this flo'
