United States Air Force Major Frank Cross is on thin ice with the government. Cross is facing dismissal following yet another unauthorized but noble mission. His only saving grace is that the President wants the public hero by his side to win the next election. But Cross's new job of guarding nuclear launch codes does not go as smoothly as he had hoped, and he must utilize all of his expertise to prevent an international disaster. Dolph Lundgren stars.
