| An immortalized beloved album by fans
Everything about this album is absolutly divine from the artwork of the ablum, prince's classic stunning purple clothes and his hairdew to go with it and of course the songs we all know and love with all our heart. each and every song is truly priceless and is something to listen to from beginning to end. it also gives about a scence of pure pleasure and pure pain. what I mean by pleasure and pain is if you listen to "the beautiful ones" "let's go crazy" "computer blue" "when doves cry" and the very wild, freaky and crazy "darlin nikki" you will notice the things he sings about in those songs can really make you think about his real life beyond fame and fortune. the movie is truly priceless and immortal as well as the album itself. the title track "purple rain" which I absolutly love the death since I was little and still do to this day, truly is the defining moment in both the movie and the perfect closure to the ablum that combines both rock and touch of gospel. I bet there is not one prince fan young or old that does not like better yet love this ablum with all their heart. this ablum has truly earned a place in music history as one of the greatest albums ever made, but it truly has earned a place in my book and cd collection as i'm quite sure it has to other true prince fans everywhere as an absolute priceless beloved gem that will remain in our heart always and forever.

Hi : what I can say about this LP ! Great , the best musical efforts , The prince of all the LP . This is 80s and Prince is King all over USA , the kid can not be touch ! I LOVE U

| 80's Best Soudtrack
No one could even touch Prince and his band w/ this one...incredible songs, and sound. Best soundtrack of the 80's hands down. Track 3...best song, "The Beautiful Ones".... awesome!!!

| A Masterpiece
This album definately ranks to the top 3 of all the music made in the 80´s. I remember all the tracks from my childhood and they still give me shivers up and down my spine. The perfect ending to PR is the title song. How many pop songs that last over 8 minutes will you listen from beginning to the end?
