Bonnie Raitt - Live at Montreux 1977 review there was a simple, bluesy, red head LA transplant to the east coast folk blues scene(Cambridge, Philadelphia, Washington DC areas) who turned allot of heads with her wit, charm and unending knowledge of musical styles(blues, country blues, folk, rock, pop, jazz, funk, you name she threw it in there and she was one of the only females out there at the time that had mastered the slide guitar at such an early age.
