"Clothes" makes the Man!
Wow, kinda fun, a whole nother side of JRB. But at the same time, are there hidden and from the trunk melodies and lyrics from Five Years or Parade, or arrangements from that Sondheim salute that he did so many years ago as a young accompanist.

Finally from the man himself...
Although I adore all of the JRB soundtracks (Songs For a New World, Last 5 Years, Parade, etc. ), it's such a treat to hear the songs sung by the man wrote them! He infuses each tune, whether witty or pignant, with his own, personal, soulful touch that makes this one of my all-time favorites.
