The 6th set by this popular duo for Clubstar is reason for more euphoria with the ibiza-travellers and kick off the 2005 summer season. DJ Pippi is known as the ambassador of the sound of Ibiza. Jamie Lewis is no less successful. He is the boss of the much appreciated Purple Music Label, producer and a very busy DJ. As usual DJ Pippi & Jamie Lewis deliver a delicious mix. DJ Pippi is responsible for CD1 and mixes tracks by Chuck Love, Faze Action, Claude Monnet, Bob Sinclar featuring Ron Carroll and Penn & Jabato from labels like Salted (Miguel Migs´s Label), Yoshitoshi, Yellow and King Street. Of course, Balearics can't be missing like the track by Solar Sides, or Pippi's & IKL's Remix of the Hardsoul Track. Jamie Lewis mixed the CD2, featuring tracks by DJ Romain ft. Darryl D'Bonneau, Audiowhores, Blaze ft. Barbara Tucker, Copyright and Davidson Ospina. He also includes his own works, like his remix of Shawn Christopher's "You Can Make It" and his summer-anthem "Be Thankful".

The Armored Faith project began one day in 1990 when I was inspired—big time—to write 44 songs in one marathon session. As I composed them, I made a simple demo recording of each one. These demos have been made into 4 medleys, tracks 15-18 on this CD. Then 12 years went by, and I recorded the original Armored Faith CD in 2002, combining those songs to make 34 tracks, and making all-new recordings of them, and adding 2 new songs. I shared that CD with people in the past 6 years, but have always wanted to take the songs to a higher level. This year, I finally got around to it. In my latest attempt, I have managed to make the recordings of Armored Faith into 13 big, new medleys. That made them more listenable. Then, I had always wanted to overdub some more vocal harmony and instruments onto the originals, to give them more depth and variety of sound. I did that, too. Finally, I topped the whole collection off with a new medley made from 3 short songs that fit together in counterpoint. It’s called “Armored Faith”, which seemed like a very appropriate song to have on the CD.
