||Great movie reflecting the changing times…|
Warriors video Just as I remember the movie. I saw this one almost 20 plus years ago. How time flies… "Can you dig it?"….

||director ruined the movie!!!!!!|
Warriors film don't know what the director was thinking but to insert those childish cartoon cuts have destroyed what was a classic movie. if you can get past them then it is a must have. no wonder we have not heard of him doing anything else decent.

Warriors review I REMEMBER WATCHING THE MOVIE TRAILER ON TV, I WAS 15 YRS. Warriors DVD for sale OLD, SPECIFICALLY THE SCEEN OF THE GROUP RUNING THROUGH CENTRAL PARK DRESSED IN YANKEE UNIFORMS WITH PAINTED FACES CARRYING BASEBALL BATS, READY TO LET LOOSE ON SOMEONE AT ANY MOMENT. THAT WAS SCARY AS A KID TO SEE WHO THOUGHT "I" WAS A BADASS AT TIMES. THESE GUYS MOST OF WROTE THE I BOOK I LEARNED FROM. I WENT TO THE DRIVE IN MOVIE TO WATCH IT WITH SOME OLDER FRIENDS, THAT NIGHT THERE WAS A RACIAL RIOT. SO MUCH OF THE MOVIE KEEPS YOU GLUED TO THE SCREEN AND YOUR ADRENALINE PUMPING. I REMEMBERED SAYING "THAT WAS ONE HELL OF A LONG WALK HOME FOR THEM THAT NIGHT" A CULT CLASSIC 25YRS LATER.

Warriors movie If you were expecting deleted scenes from this version, then forget it. Also they decided to add comic book drawings when they cut to different scenes. The nice beach scene has been replaced by the stupid comic panel. Do yourself a favor and get the regular edition and rent this one.

||Still one of the Geats!|
Like someone else mentioned, they did add a few things to the movie. Sometimes when they change scenes,it's done with a comic book look. I did'nt see anything wrong with it except when they introduced "The Baseball Furries" The commentary was great. It was good to see some of the characters that played in the movie. I was wondering what they looked like today. This Directors Cut is more for people who have seen this movie many times like myself. That's why I did'nt care that they added a little changes. It would have been better if they had 2 versions on the disk... but it's ok.
