Rather than spending half the program's hour with the cops and the other half with the lawyers, this series stays with the police and the criminals they pursue for most of the show. Set in New York City, the second season of the series introduces rap star Ice-T to the cast as Detective "Fin" Tutuola, a transfer from the Narcotics division.
