From acting as Miranda Sanchez in Lizzie Mcguire to becoming a really promising singer, I think she has come a long way. Her music video "Im not your girl" is what got me hooked and waiting for more. She has not totally been discovered but she will very soon. With talent like hers, she can go a long way. LALAINE ROX!

Here to Stay
Though this might not be Lalaine's best song to date, here is a young performer who is here to stay. Don't be fooled. She's not the next Ashlee Simpson or Avril Lavigne, whatever similarities you might think you see here on this song.
Not only is Lalaine professionally trained having appeared on Broadway in Les Miserables at an early age, she also takes her music very seriously having put out an independent CD in 2003, long before being signed with Warner Brothers. She writes music about her own life and it translates in her emotional live performances. Her performance of "Doing Just Fine", a song she wrote, will blow you away.
Don't be quick to write her off as another Disney Channel singer turned faux rocker chick. Lalaine is so much more than that. Be sure to check out her full length release when it finally comes out.

Lalaine has shown great talent on TV as "Miranda Sanchez" from "The Lizzie McGuire" episodes on the "Disney Channel" and now also as a singer.
She sang "I'm not your girl" on a live concert called "Disneymania 3" on the "Freeview" for "Direct TV" on the month of April 2005.
The CD Single (the one purchased from her website) "I'm not your girl" includes only two awesome songs:
1) "I'm not your girl"
2) "Did you hear about us"
Both songs are fun, unique and entertaining. A must have for any Lalaine-fan and also for those open for good pop/rock music.

Released ten years after her debut, Superbeautifulmonster is Bif Naked's fourth album of original material. Not exactly a prolific work schedule, and her body of work isn't the most diverse, either: she's been mining an angst-ridden, confessional, metal-inflected punk-pop vein since her debut. She's stuck with the sound when it was in fashion in the mid- to late '90s as well as when it was out of fashion at the turn of the millennium, and she sticks with it in 2005, when neo-alternative rock is common, if not exactly fashionable.
