A dark comedy thriller that manages to skillfully blend humor and mystery into one incredible entertainment film from its thrilling beginning to the shocking climax! The proprietor of a run-down boardinghouse systematically murders her tenants in order to steal their social security checks. In a switch on "Psycho," a woman follows her dead husband's orders and murders her boarders for their money.
