Wow! After the last couple Batman movies I didn't think it was possible to make one as good as the first. I was sadly mistaken! This movie takes you back to the beginning before the orginal Batman. It has so much going on & the storyline is excellent!! Christopher Nolan did an excellent job directing this film. This has to be one of the best in the series! By lw (Iowa)
Great this film is one of the best batman films of all time with a great story line and lots of action. i watch it so many times. By gemma (bristol, england,uk)
The Best Batman movie ever This is the best Batman movie ever. It's dark like the first two movies with Micheal Keaton(which are the best of the old ones, but still not great) but with the technology it makes it so much better. It answers a lot of questions and I can't wait for the next one, hope they get all the same people, I think that's one of the reasons the last time around it went bad. By David (Tampa, Florida)
Far better then Shumacher There's nothing really wrong with this movie. Its way better then batman and robin by far. It just that its not exciting. Burton's Batman got you pumped up and on the edge of your seat. With Batman begins, you just sit there saying "yeah that's pretty cool, I guess" By Burtonisgod87 (Wallingford, CT, USA)
| Poor action ruined it! Hate to be the voice of dissent. I mean I liked the characters and the interaction, but as an action movie it fell flat. Why? Because you couldn't actually SEE the action! Look at it again, then look at a movie like The Matrix. See what I mean now? The camera actually let you see and follow Neo's combat moves. Batman's were a blur of flashes and way too zoomed in. An editing trick designed to disguise the fact that Bale can't really fight. I hope this style of filming does not become a trend. It's really annoying! And we movie-goers aren't THAT dumb... are we?
