I've been trying to find this in CD form for a long time. Glad you had it available. Sounds great! It wasn't one of her best sellers but I always liked it and found it unique. Thanks.

This CD is the only one in which Emmy Lou tells a complete story through songs. The music and lyrics are exceptional from beginning to end - The listener will become a participant through toe stomping, tear jerking, "impossible to resist" music!

| Wonderfully spiritual
Ballad Of Sally Rose buy CD music I have been an Emmylou fan for over 30 years . This is one of her best ever. This CD is sad, uplifting, poignant, hopeful, spiritual, emotional. What can I say? If you have lived life fully and loved people seriously, this music will make you remember and think. Also, the musicians and singers she assembled are wonderul. Emmylou always makes beautiful music. God bless her. She is a wonderful singer and son writer and an even better person.
