Great, very wonderful, a jewell
Gentle Giant was one of the best progressive bands from the seventies and his peak was between 1970-1976. This DVD is a jewell, you can seen the genious of each member from the band, like musicians were genious; is very difficult find words to say about GG was in scene. The perfomance in Germany is one of the best things that I saw in my life. Good sound, good image and a bonus CD ¿you want more?

If you like prog, then you'll love Gentle Giant. If you're already a fan, then this DVD is essential. The performances are very tight, especially the one from 1974 Germany. Hearing original material from keyboardist Kerry Minnear on the intro and menus was great too!

The follow-up to 1974's surprisingly well-received THE POWER & THE GLORY, Gentle Giant's FREE HAND marks the pinnacle of the British prog-rock group's international success. (Like its predecessor, it appeared on the U.S. charts.) While the band's eccentricities--complex song structures, strange vocal harmonies--are present, these tunes are framed in a slightly more pop-conscious way, as on the funky, elastic title track.
