| Bloodlust Music Review Average Rating: (4.4 out of 5 stars) List All Reviews I'm infatuated This band is incredible, along with this CD. I've never been so drawn to a hardcore/grindcore band by the first song before. Keep it up boys! Submitted by macneil__ (Sarnia, Ontario) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
I should have bought this sooner this is great. the vocals are extremely sinister. and the compositions are cool. definitely many death parts and of course hardcore breakdowns. i want more like this. Submitted by GGG (VANcity BC) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
Pure Greatness Everyone in this band is amazing at what they do. Guitarists, drummer, bassist, and last, but not least, vocalist. This album will make you want to get up and move. 5/5! Submitted by Zack (Detroit, MI) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
This is a good album I first say this band at sounds of the underground but they were the opening act so I didnt pay too much attention to them. But now I was I would. Two Inches From a Main Artery has an excellent intro and is very powerful. The band does have the same feeling as the black dahlia murder but with less tremolo picking. Im surprised they are not that big yet and I would recommend it a lot. Submitted by Dre (Duluth, MN) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
good deathcore cd. worth the money GREAT
actualy a very good DEATHCORE cd. since many people confuse their actual genre. it IS in fact deathcore. either way its great stuff.
its worth buying but not gonna be the best cd in your collection. its good for any one who likes genres ranging from moshcore/hardcore, heavy metalcore, or deathmetal. i like all of them so this band fit perfectly for me Submitted by dis6ast6erp6eice (cincinnati, oh, usa) Was This Review Helpful? Bloodlust
$10.75 Personnel: George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher (vocals); Rob Barrett, Pat O'Brien (guitar); Paul Mazurkiewicz (drums); Erik Rutan (background vocals). Audio Mixer: Erik Rutan. Recording information: Mana Recording Studios, St. Petersburg, FL (10/2005-12/2005). Photographer: Alex Solca. One of the most infamous and censored death metal bands ever, Cannibal Corpse celebrates their 10th album with one titular sentiment: KILL. That's pretty much what it does, too. KILL reminds us who put the death in death metal, combining relentless and intense sounds with lyrics that couple Grand Guignol thrills with slasher-film imagery. Wiry, almost progressive time and tempo shifts choke out the intense riffage and bend it into dramatic extremes, as evidenced on "Five Nails in the Neck" and the assaultive introduction of "Brain Removal Police," exacting and technical in its ...

Bloodlust
$10.55 Suicide Silence: Mitch Lucker (vocals); Chris Garza, Mike Bodkins (guitars); Mark Heylmun (bass guitar); Alex Lopez (drums). California's Suicide Silence has digested the history of extreme metal from black, to death, to doom, to thrash, to hardcore, and everywhere in between, and synthesized it into a potent mixture. Thundering tracks like "Hands of a Killer" reel like a man on fire, staggering in slow motion to every line of the scorched vocals. "No Pity For a Coward" builds methodically, with an insistent beat ...

| | Boris Amplifier Worship CD (2001)
Bloodlust
$10.89 Personnel: Takeshi (vocals, bass guitar). Recording information: Sound Crew (08/1998-09/1998); Sound Square (08/1998-09/1998). With their second full-length album, Boris takes their sludgy, Melvins-influenced doom rock style and gives it a heavy psychedelic slant. The album is divided into five tracks, but like their other albums, Absolutego and Flood, it plays out like one extended piece and is meant to be listened to straight through in one sitting. It starts out with a slow, ugly doom riff that repeats for several minutes before heading into a stretched-out, psychedelic jam section on the lengthy second track, "Ganbou-Ki." After another succession of heavy riffing, psych-rock jamming, and a little bit of up-tempo punk action (the first part of "Kuruimizu," which still retains ...
