More than three years after her debut, THIS IS WHO I AM, R&B vocalist Heather Headley returned with 2006's IN MY MIND, another strong set of passionate tunes that focuses on the vicissitudes of love. A Broadway veteran and Trinidadian native, Headley incorporates little of these influences into her pleasantly straightforward style, with the exception of the dancehall-infused "Rain," featuring Shaggy. Other standout songs include the acoustic-tinged title track, the slow jam "Wait a Minute," and the shuffling "Losing You." Although Headley doesn't break much new ground here, she continues to showcase her emotive vocals in the light of solid R&B/pop tunes, making this an album that will easily appeal to fans of her earlier work.

I love this CD, when I get down and out and go through different things in life, I play this cd because its like it brings out all within and makes me feel so much better. Especially "ME TIME"!

To be honest, I haven't purchased an album in years, not since R.Kelly's "I believe i can fly." What made me buy her album was the samples I heard during her radio interview. It was a taste test and I had to have more. WOW, I'm in love with each lyric. And I applaud Lil John (Jonathan Smith) for writing "back when it was". He has more talent that he's credited for. Very amazing album Heather! Great work! Raw, pure talent in every note you carry! It reminds me of Confessions by Usher, but in the female version...and from the heart as well. I recommend this to any and everyone. It has a mixture of genre's for you to choose from, it's like an emotional buffet! Love it! I support this SUPERSTAR! U GO GIRL!!!

This audio document of The Corrs' Dublin homecoming concert has pretty much everything fans of Irish pop could wish for, including an appearance from Bono in his earthly incarnation, fresh from an audience with President George W. Bush. It's to the band's credit that the charismatic singer fails to steal the show, despite creditable efforts via an anthemized version of Ryan Adams' beautifully downtempo "When the Stars Go Blue," and a great, leering rendition of Lee Hazlewood and Nancy Sinatra's "Summer Wine."
