Flemish filmmaker Felix Van Groeningen's debut feature STEVE + SKY, a gritty romantic drama about a struggling petty criminal and his shockingly beautiful stripper lover, takes place amidst a backdrop of crime and shady goings-on in the red light district of Ghent.
