Kylie confirms herself as the quintessential pop star with a live concert that fulfills each and every Kylie-fan spectation. The concert is beautifully divided into segmments that add a sense of storyline, as the petite pop princess enchants the audience with her delightful presence and fills the air with her high-pitched vocals of all her greatest hits amidst colorful feathers and crystals.
You can expect many wardrobe changes including outfits by designers such as John Galliano, great choreographies as well as homoerotic references; Kylie's well aware of her huge gay fanbase.
This is a great show from the begining to the very end, both vocally and visually, a must for every pop music lover.

One of the early feathers in the cap of the Bad Boy Entertainment empire, the female trio Total got their start backing the Notorious B.I.G. before releasing their self-titled debut in 1996. Unlike the sleek urban contemporary sound of acts like Destiny's Child, Total was driven by classic funk grooves and sassy attitude.
The singers, Kima, Keisha, and Pam, each have their own distinctive style, and that variety adds a pleasing twist to TOTAL. While the album isn't consistent throughout, it does have highlights, with "No One Else" and "Can't You See" (which features Biggie), among them. Funky, slinky, and sensual, TOTAL is a solid R&B album that deserves more attention than it's received since its release.

On their second album, '90s soul sistas JaKima Raynor, Keisha Spivey, and Pam Long sex up their lives, and everything around them, quite a bit. Turning their fairly standard take on the hip-hop girl group into a late-night bath of delight, they invite a who's-who roster into the tub with them (producers here include Missy Elliott, Sean "Puffy" Combs, and Heavy D, among others). The best track, "Trippin'," is an Elliott-produced slice of robotic R&B that combines the gals' sweet harmonies with state-of-the-soul-art studio savvy. But the studio-powered Kima, Keisha & Pam ultimately loses its individuality while trying to be a part of the streets and scene, brimming with the sounds of the world around it. ~ Michael Gallucci

Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue's self-titled 1994 release, her first for deConstruction records, is given the two-disc treatment here with fresh liner notes and a bonus disc of rarities, remixes, and B-sides. Tracks include "Confide in Me", "Surrender", and "If I Was Your Lover".
By 1997, much of the pop music landscape had changed. The music papers were declaring the "Techno Revolution" was on, Oasis and Manic Street Preachers were ruling the charts, and simple dance-pop seemed to be the domain of teenage girls. So what does the dance-pop diva of the '90s do? She recruits Manic Street Preachers' James Dean Bradfield, Sean Moore, and Nicky Wire, starts writing unaided, and completely changes musical direction. Enter Kylie Minogue's Impossible Princess (the title was changed to Kylie Minogue after the death of Princess Diana).
