| definitive, epic, seamless, sweeping, must-have "Interstellar Overdrive" was indeed Pink Floyd's central, signature staple in their live performances since April 1967, and it probably won't be argued that this particular performance (16:46) is THE definitive version of the song, since it was done here in one take and not dubbed or somewhat disjointed as the first studio version on "Piper...
