Both 11-song albums, as well as her third newly released album, "Phoenix From The Ashes: Rise" (13 songs) were independently composed, arranged, performed and produced by her. Her music captures elements of rock, soul, folk, and pop with some alt and funk - and classical elements brought in by stringed instruments. Gordone likes to call herself a pop/rock/soul diva but says her music defies categorization. She says she's "breaking new ground with a new sound, for a new era", and believes she is part of a shift that is coming about in mainstream music as we know it - a "music revolution" she calls it.
