Dan Treacy, the main singer and songwriter for the Television Personalities, has had a life as colorful as his band's style. My Dark Places buy CD music Beginning in the 1970s, the TV Personalities set out on a musical journey that would encompass punk, new wave, twee, and shambling music, among other pop subsets. Along the way Treacy dropped out to devote himself to other things (drugs and prison among them), but he and the band returned in 2006 with MY DARK PLACES, the first TVPs release in eight years.
