Cam was the man in this movie shout out flea this movie made me wanna do the things he did best movie since baller blocking cam we need that killa season 2 now so put it out the streets need it.... look out for that crime pays in 09 its dipset all day

4 stars I love this movie!!!
This movie was good to me. Even though it was low budget, i think Cam and his boys did a good job. For a first movie, he did a nice job directing it. It shows how the streets really are in Harlem. I like the idea of him really filming in Harlem. I think i went to the Papa Johns Pizza place where his little niece got shot in the movie.

This was the weakest movie ever. Cam'ron was way better when he played Rico in Paid In Full. Juelz Santana and Hell Rell, i definitley lost respect for. There was no point of making this movie. It was very low budget

Rapper Memphis Bleek and his Roc-A-Fella crew star in this gritty urban crime drama based on actual events. Determined to make big cash, local Philly thug Beans (Beanie Siegel) forms a gang he dubs the A.B.M. (All 'Bout Money) and declares that all his rivals better "get down or lay down." Bleek, Jay-Z, Omillio Sparks, Freeway, and Damon Dash are some of his friends and enemies along the way. Beans earns plenty of cash, and a nice home in the suburbs for his family, but like all movie gangsters he doesn't know when to quit. The body count rises, his old lady (Sundy Carter) gets kidnapped, and incarceration threatens when a surviving victim decides to rat Beans out to the cops. First-time director Abdul Malik Abbot smartly eschews any morality, romance or phony glamour in favor of a practical, no-nonsense, sex-and-violence approach. The film's real strength, however, is the naturalistic performances of the actors and their ease with the quotable, expletive-rich dialogue. STATE PROPERTY should delight viewers schooled in rap music and gangster films, but others may find themselves needing subtitles to decipher the thick slang. This is thug filmmaking at its best courtesy of Damon Dash and his Roc-A-Fella crew, with Dash directing, writing, and co-starring as a "cakeaholic" (money addict) on the quest for international greatness in the Philadelphia drug-dealing biz. Beans (Beanie Sigel) is his main competition, but he's in jail for crimes perpetrated in the first film (ironically, Sigel himself went to jail for gun-related offences after shooting of the film was completed). Fellow inmate Loco (N.O.R.E.) promises to get Beans sprung and hook him up with some "kingpin paper" and a "sweet connect." Viewers who don't know this means money and a drug supplier may be a bit baffled by the film's Philly slang-enriched dialogue, but Beans' narration fills in a lot of the gaps. Another plus, there is a plethora of guest stars like Kayne West, Freeway, Mariah Carey, Sade, Ole Dirty Bastard, and Jimmy "Handyman" Jones. A fast-paced, violent, and simultaneously funny film, this is better than the first, with the improvisatory feeling of a low-budget 1970s blaxploitation classic crossed with a guest-star-packed hip-hop party record.
