A mammoth psuedo-documentary, this film is divided into 92 biographies of people affected by VUE, the Violent Unknown Event, a mysterious apocalyptic occurrence that has left a substantial section of the public speaking bizarre languages, dreaming of water, and identifying with birds. Michael Nyman provided the score for both films, with back-up from Brian Eno.
