| You will love this!
Superb sounding SACD! This album is the musical equivalent of a tapestry quilt...providing warmth and comfort, with vivid colours and pictures. This version is just sublime. Lovely packaging...numbered limited-edition sturdy gatefold papersleeve with protective cloth disc sleeve, this is how all CD/SACD should be presented! One to keep and treasure.

| Not my first choice for Multichannel music
Not my first choice for Multichannel music, but somehow this does sound good. The higher resolution DVD-A does show up some of the deficiancies of the original recordings but the songs, and the songwriting quality themselve stand out.

| Good, but not great
I am very familiar with this album, don"t find this to be a stellar version, some tracks are great, MOFI has some new equipment that is used here a gain system for mastering and something else described on cardboard cd protector, like cloth CD cover. In all honesty, this had to hard to redo, considering the old tape, 68, I remember the vinyl album sounding very good. This SACD seems to get better as you go along, quality wise, at it's best, it is very good, not real bad at worst spots, I doubt you could do much better, would love to hear some more ofthis companys work.

| Nice DVD-A; however...
I agree with the other reviewer regarding the "deficiencies" that the high-res brings out. I own a lot of DVD-A discs, and this was the first time I actually heard significant background noise during playback. It was a little alarming at first, but I would guess that it's just an issue with the masters that couldn't be overcome. Overall though, the listening experience is definitely improved. Not a show-stopper.
