Jacka All Trades
$13.15 Enter the Jacka. The death of 2Pac in the mid 90's ripped the heart out of West Coast Hip Hop. At the same time a young street poet named the Jacka was honing his skills in the Bay Area Rap game. Always open minded, he was influenced by b-boys and thugs, pimps and Imams. The Jacka has since developed into an established, well-rounded, well-versed emcee in the right place to bring the West ...

| | All Screwed Up Part 1 CD (1995)
Jacka All Trades
$13.79 After spending most of the 1990s as an infamous local phenomenon in Houston, TX, DJ Screw suddenly found himself gaining sudden notoriety before his unfortunate death in late 2000. The Houston DJ made a name for himself primarily because of his uncanny mixing style, which found him pitching down his records to a lumbering and quite eerie pace. Over the course of the '90s, what began as novelty actually became a rather lucrative venture for Screw, who produced hundreds of mix tapes, with some estimates projecting his total number of tapes topping over a thousand; furthermore, he sold the tapes at his Houston-based record store, Screwed Up Records and Tapes. Oddly enough, he preferred to release his mixes almost exclusively on cassette, though fans often recorded the mixes and traded them via the Internet; in addition, countless "screwed" remixes of popular rap anthems were widely available on Napster thanks to his cultish following.Yet it's hard to imagine Screw's legacy being what it is if not for his role as an adamant advocate of "syrup ...

$14.59 Personnel: Afroman (rap vocals). It's the same old, same old from Afroman -- drinking, getting stoned, and getting in trouble. While his subject matter and lazy flow haven't changed a bit, with Drunk'n'High the rapper has settled into a comfortable indie life as explained on the highlight ...
| | Cathy Mines Experience Yoga CD (2007)
Jacka All Trades
$25.35 Experience Yoga has been a growing seed for me for many years, a self professed “perpetual student” of yoga, constantly collecting skills & knowledge, building my own approach to wellness and watching it blossom. The idea behind creating this CD is to give people the opportunity to experience yoga. Not to be overdone with rules, reminders or discussion….. A simple guided yoga class for the purpose of self healing, self realization, enlightenment and pure joy.Allowing the people I surround myself with to inspire me helps create the programs I offer and has shaped the heart of my teaching style. Where there is a need for healing the physical, emotional or spiritual, yoga has its place. From simply building core strength in someone who has been bed ridden, by bringing strength and flexibility back in to damaged muscle tissue or reducing stress with breath work, yoga fills many rolls where our healing is ...
