A follow-up to 2005's THRIVE MIX 01, this exclusive two-disc DJ set is mixed by New York radio personality and club DJ Vic Latino. In keeping with Ultra Records' usual M.O., THRIVE MIX 02 splits the difference between deep house favorites by artists unknown in the general pop marketplace and creative dance remixes of songs by pop superstars like Kelly Clarkson, the Pussycat Dolls, Alanis Morrissette, and Coldplay (whose single "Talk" is mashed up with some classic David Bowie quotes). THRIVE MIX 02 also contains an exclusive new mix of the song "Seasons of Love" from the RENT soundtrack.
