Returning to the studio after a brief hiatus, Rhino Bucket deliver this 11-song session that is frighteningly similar to Bon Scott-era AC/DC. In fact, the comparisons are so similar that it's easy to accuse lead vocalist Georg Dolivo of outright stealing Scott's style and the rhythm guitar from Malcolm Young. Similarities aside, And Then It Got Ugly never really travels in new waters, and is a straight-ahead, no frills rock & roll record with a shot of blues and a dash of heavy metal for good measure. And while the group does the job and does it well, the album's sole weakness lies in its monotony and inability to escape the petrified forest of "boom-bap" drum beats. But overlook these things and you'll find a band that has the promise of going beyond being just another AC/DC soundalike. ~ Rob Theakston

The latest release from the AC/DC sound a-like has all the stuff Rhino Bucket fans crave.Even though there are two only originals ,they picked up Brian Forsythe from Kix, and a hot female drummer.It rocks!Back to the old school sound.Thank God!!!!!

X-GirlFriend Songs
I've been a fan of Rhino Bucket since they first came out, the computer age has it's advantages because with the help of my p.c., I've finally found cd replacements for my old Bucket cassettes, as well as the new album that I otherwise would not have known about, and I've just gotta say- Rhino Bucket has some of the greatest "X-GirlFriend" songs ever written! and if you haven't heard it, I suggest you check out the "Get Used To It" album, if you can find it, it's my personal favorite, Keep the Hammer Down & God Bless!- HeavyChevy

It's been a long wait but well worth it. These guy's should be huge. This is their fourth straight album that rocks from start to finish. I'm a big AC/DC fan but I feel they've gotten to comercial over the years. Bucket has picked up where Bon left off!!

Back and very Awsome.
I always liked Thw Bucket from the start and this album is not disappointing although the acousyic track threw me.The album is raw and hard and if you are a fasn you'll appreciate this cd.Get the other 3 also.Now here's some news to Jerome in Idaho.There are actually 3 original members except fpr Forsythe who came from Kix that hot female drummer Jackie Enx that you thought was a new member is actually their regular drummer Liam Jason yes he did have a sex change which is on their web-site and read about it in a Metal Edge a while back but so what this group can rock and hope they pass through Motown soon.Buy it and enjoy.Metal is ALIVE AND WELL.Later

...And Rhino Bucket sound the better for it. This is the best album yet, even better than the eponymous debut. AC/DC comparisons? This is AC/DC for grown-ups (Angus is still in short trousers) 10 belting good rock tunes will leave you breathless. The acoustic version of I was told is the relaxing rub-down at the end. Buy and enjoy: I did and still do.
