Dead Rising follows the harrowing tale of Frank West, an overly zealous freelance photojournalist on a hunt for the scoop of a lifetime. In pursuit of a juicy lead, he makes his way to a small suburban town only to find that it has become overrun by zombies. He escapes to the local shopping mall, thinking it will be a bastion of safety but it turns out to be anything but. It will be a true struggle to survive the endless stream of undead, but players will have full reign of a realistic shopping center, utilizing anything they find to fight off the flesh-hungry mob and search for the truth behind the horrendous epidemic. The variety of different stores in the mall offers players an endless supply of resources including vehicles, makeshift weapons and more. Players will also encounter other survivors along the way and by helping them can acquire valuable clues as to what has happened. This Game Is The Best Game I've Played On My XBOX 360 Yet, I Love Killing Zombies, Graphics Are So Real, And There Are So Many Ways To Kill The Zombies, And So Much Violence And Gore,This Is No Doubt The Best XBOX 360 Game Ever!

 Another capcom game wasted
graphics and realizm are great but the game requires you to be able to do things that the controls dont allow. To me this is the worst type of game ever. You are required to have great mobility and control with your firearms, however while using a firearm in this game you have ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER ANYTHING you cant just run and shoot cuz the bullets are extremely inacurate so using this mode is pointless. You can manually aim if you have half an hour to move the cursor to your target, meanwhile people with grenades and shotguns and truck mounted machineguns are running rampage moving so fast that its just funny that they expected you to use the controls the game offers to defeat such foes, its basically rediculous. The game is very original and has some really cool hand to hand weapons that make for a good hack and slash. Ill give this game a 3.5 and thts being generous.

This is the best game that I have played for the Xbox 360. Even when I saw the preview on t.v I new that it was going to be good. Pluse Capcom made and they make the best zombie games, like resident evil 4.

This game starts off pretty well, trouble with gameplay begins with the first bosses who progressively become more and more difficult to defeat. The lack of coordination and speed with aiming your weapon is a pathetic loss for an otherwise great game. I am stuck and unable to finish the game because of the poor control. Damn shame. Id buy Dead Rising 2 if they can fix these flaws.

Great Gameplay, Good Graphics can't put it down once u pick it up. Bosses are crazy and tough. Loads of weapons and loads of ways to kill zombies. One of the negatives is that the on screen text is very tiny but other than that this is a solid game. P.S. Many alternate endings!!!!
