| Joe does it again!
There's a reason each of Joe Bonamassa's six records have charted in the Top 10 on Billboard's Blues Charts. There's also reason that this record is the 2nd Joe Bonamassa record to hit #1 on Billboard! Sure it's blues, but it's so much more.

| Joe's sound is maturing
You & Me buy CD music Sad to say, Joe has moved on with new band mates - but the main reason for buying his cd's is generally HIS guitar & vocals & I would have to say his playing & singing is only getting better - maybe not as upbeat & lightning fast as some of his other material - but this cd has a lot of feel & heart - I really prefer smokey blues & at times this disc shines - I really like trac 8 which is really not an original but an old Led Zep trac - WOW - Jimmy Page would be impressed - Not too bad for Robert Plant vocals either - I think this is the most bluesy sounding disc he has put out - Maybe some people will be looking for the same old flame throwing Joe [ not that I have a problem with his old style] But maybe he has decided to slow down & change things up a bit.

Excellent guitar playing, powerful stuff. He will be the greatest guitar player in the world in a few years. The Blues is allright.

| Touched by God
There is no finer guitarist alive today, it's that simple. Previously Blues Deluxe was my favorite Joe B. CD. It has been overtaken.
