Rocky Balboa review Product Description
ROCKY BALBOA, the sixth installment of the long-running film franchise, should amount to nothing more than a lame punch line to a TONIGHT SHOW monologue joke. Rocky Balboa movie However, just as his longtime corner man Paulie describes the Italian Stallion himself, this movie is all heart. Thirty years after Sylvester Stallone first introduced the underdog backroom brawler from Philadelphia in the Oscar-winning ROCKY, Rocky Balboa returns for one last dance. ...See Full Description

This movie had me either choked-up or cheering for the entire movie. Rocky's outlooks on life and lessons he shares with the other characters are golden. I also enjoyed the reminiscing elements of the movie. Rocky totally won on every level in this movie, even if his hand wasn't the hand that was raised at the end of the fight. I was looking forward to seeing this movie, and it didn't let me down in any way. What a nice movie!!

Sly Stallone and Burt Young bring Oscar Award performance that is better than orginial Rocky. Stallone and Young make's you smile and cry.

Sylvester Stallone has gone the distance. Rocky Balboa is a very nostalgic trip down memory lane. It is great to see Stallone reprise his most famous role 30 years later in a satisfying finale to the enjoyable Rocky franchise. Burt Young is also excellent reprising his role as "Paulie" and it's nice to see that the characters have grown yet stayed the same. Bill Conti's music score is pure magic and fits perfectly into every scene. The DVD also contains a bunch of deleted scenes, many of which are really good and should have been included in the film. You can't lose with this one.
