Excellent Album, but...
I found Infinite Wonders of Creation to be a little disappointment, and an awesome album. Speaking strictly on an album level, I found it to contain a wide variety of styles. Miracle of Life reminded me of Kings of the Nordic Twilight in sound. Altitudes and Silver Moon were slower ballad type songs - very beautiful. Mother Nature and Mystic & Divine were probably my two favorites. My disappointment came in my expectations (which may be good news to other people). I was expecting a third story album to finish off his trilogy. There is no story here though. Just a bunch of well-crafted songs to make a great album. I definately recommend it. The Virus CD that came with it is incredible! It takes more of a symphonic techno metal approach with the sci-fi theme. I like the first three songs (one is a remix of the first track) but the fourth song will take a while to grow on me... maybe in Dreamquest's full album.

There are no words that can describe..
Describe how great this album is. When i first got it, i thought what it wasn't that good compared to Turilli's other ones. It's probably the most listened to cd i have right now at the moment. This album really gets better and better every time you listen to it. Its not nearly as fast paced like his other albums. Its catchiness more than makes up for it in my opinion.

Another success
If you're familiar with Luca Turilli's other work, this will be a mild surprise. I wouldn't call it heavy metal, it's much more ballad oriented. Of course, his other work is also not your typical metal in both style and quality, so the change isn't too shocking. After the first listening, I was thinking, "That's incedible, it's dramatic, grand, beautiful, powerful, and just generally awesome. but where are the double bass drums and blazing fast guitars?" So I listened again, and nope, it really doesn't have the furious speed that we're used to from the good old Luca Turilli. Does this change of style make this new album any worse or better? I'd say neither. It's different, but is neither better nor worse in overall quality. After being a fan of his work for close to 9 years now, I'd say that the change is welcome and I think that real fans will agree. Luca Turilli 's fan base are those who appreciate something different and creative. I really can't think of anything on this CD that I found disappointing. The first listening was good. Every subsequent listening has been even better. Probably as a combination of being different from what I expected and also being as intricate as it is, it took a few listenings to fully appreciate it. After soaking it in completely, I'd call it a masterpeice. If you dont' have it yet you're missing out; this is a must-have.

I don't know how to describe this one. I think it is in between of Luca's other cds and his latest project Dreamquest. It is very melodic indeed.
