Since 1992, Fixed Idea has been dedicated to do one thing and that is to continue playing thier music. first putting out albums on thier own and now as part of the Broken Bonez Record label, they have not lost their touch. The eight piece band consists of: Pancho Mendoza( guitar/vox), Rick Rodriguez( drums/vox), Jaime Candelaria ( Bass), Mario (keys), Rick Ortega ( T-bone), Maribel ( A. sax) Mabelle (A. sax) Ernie ( Bari-sax). Many line-up changes, years of experience, and friendships have merged together to increase the fanbase in El Paso and the surrounding area. Coming from a multicutural city, the bands' influences are diverse.
