I remembered how nervous I was when our first baby, Jamie, was born and me not really knowing what to do when he cried etc. One thing I remembered though was when I was holding him and would sing, the singing would relax me which would in turn calm and relax him too. It always seemed to warm my heart singing lullabies to my little ones as they came along. I have two boys and a girl now! That meditation had brought forth the dream of sharing my songs with the possibility of new parents experiencing more peace, warmth and joy with their own little ones while listening and singing along.
