| | Bone Daddy Everybody's Got One CD Bone Daddy Discography of CDs
Playing private parties and company & college gigs doing covers for 3 years. Beatles, Byrds, Pink Floyd, Tom Petty, Rolling Stones, Grateful Dead, Phish, etc... In October of 2001, after our last live performance, the band reached the "crossroads." So, we had a decision to make, to go on playing for fun or really trying to do our own thing. So December 1st, 2001 Dave and Doug started writing, and by February 15th, 2002 we had 15 songs ready to record. 105 hours of studio time later, we sent our first album to be manufactured at Discmakers. By June 1st, we were on the shelf with "Everybody's Got One" and believe us we "Sure wish you had one!"Thanks, Bone Daddy
Recorded at American Audio, Caldwell, Indiana in March 2002.
Bone Daddy: Dave Mudd (vocals, grand piano, keyboards, organ, synthesizer); Doug Lampman (guitar, dobro, strings, background vocals); Tom "Tommmy Gun" Koltes (guitar, background vocals); Kong Bob (bass); Jason Lampman (drums, percussion, background vocals).

| | Lady Gaga Fame Monster CDs (2009) Deluxe Edition
Everybody's Got One CD music
$16.24 Initially planned solely as a standard double-disc reissue in the wake of the blockbuster success of The Fame, Lady Gaga decided to release the new material as a separate EP called The Fame Monster in addition to the standard two-CD set, where it's tacked onto a now standardized version of her debut. It's a nice move for fans, plus it helps emphasize the new material, which does act as a bridge from the debut to a forthcoming full-length. Everything on The Fame Monster bears a galvanized Eurotrash finish, as evident on the heavy steel synths of "Bad Romance" and the updated ABBA revision "Alejandro," as it is on the rock & roll ballad "Speechless" -- its big guitars lifted from Noel Gallagher -- and the wonderful, perverse march "Teeth." Even the stuttering splices on ...

| | Rammstein Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da CDs (2009) Bonus Tracks; Deluxe Edition; Digipak
Everybody's Got One CD music
$17.59 Anyone familiar with the industrial-metal band's dark sense of irony should take one look at the title of Rammstein's 2009 album LIEBE IST FUR ALLE DA ("Love Is There For Everyone") and conclude that this one is a mean monster. Combining the tightness and punch of their 1998 album SEHNSUCHT with the musicianship and elaborate textures of their later work, LIEBE IST is a grand achievement, skillfully dividing its time between razor sharp metal rockers like "B********" or the opening theme song "Rammlied" and nostalgic, cabaret pieces that conjure the spirits of Weil and Brecht at a goth club. Best of the latter is the naked and haunting closer "Roter Sand" but little touches of a sinister yesteryear are everywhere, ...

$22.05 | | Anton Barbeau with The Bevis Fr King Of Missouri CD (2003)
Everybody's Got One music CDs
$13.45 Anton Barbeau sounds a little like early-'70s David Bowie going power pop on King of Missouri, with Nick Saloman of Bevis Frond, as the liner notes say, supplying "many guitars, keyboards, beautiful blur." It's not the most organic combination, but it works OK. It could have been better, for various reasons. Although Barbeau's voice is Bowie-esque, it's shaky and a little mousy. It's also hard to imagine Bowie writing something titled "I'm Always Offending My Sensitive Friends." Beyond the Bowie comparisons (or the ones he invites to John Lennon, as when the vocals ascend into a high register on "Retabulation"), there's a bit of a wordy and griping quality to some of the lyrics. He sometimes reminds you of that pushy wise-ass who doesn't know when to shut up before putting his foot in his mouth. Some of the people and situations that rub him the wrong way might merit criticism, but he's not the most likable fella either, particularly when he's singing "I Don't Like You." Still, the melodies are reasonably catchy and the arrangements confident, for those who like to hear echoes of the better aspects of early-'70s-style pop/rock 30 years down the line. ~ Richie Unterberger
Anton Barbeau lives in Sacramento, CA, and has been releasing albums since 1993. King of Missouri is his 7th and possibly the most accurate representation to the mainstream world of how a majorly talented songwriter can create such a fantastic prolific body of work seemingly in an alternate universe where the grand tradition of British pop psychedelia and English eccentricity continue to flourish, channelled through an unassuming American pop accolyte. King of Missouri is like (ok, take your pick) Kevin Ayers, John Cale, Robyn Hitchcock, Julian Cope, or even Andy Partridge fronting the Jeff Beck Yardbirds, or better yet, The Move! The most amazing thing about this album is how the full rock n roll power of The Bevis Frond and the raw lyricism of Nick Saloman's exquisite guitar bristle brilliantly within the constraints of Anton Barbeau's tightly plotted pop structures. It's a fantastic, and actually genius team up. Consider also that bassist Adrian Shaw is an ex-member of Hawkwind and you realize how complete the circle of British progressive rock is within this marvelous cd.This is going to be one of your favourite ...
