This flexibility has been enhanced through previous work experiences as an EAP coordinator and manager in the government sector, for over 20 years. During that time she learned how to successfully balance a career, her part-time singing telegram entrepreneur business, college education and single parenting. Donna holds a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work. She has a private practice in upstate New York in counseling and life coaching. Donna uses alternative mind-body approaches to help people make life changes. She has National Certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Ericksonian Hypnosis, Interactive Imagery, Wave Work II, HypnoBirthing and Wellness Coaching. She has been a student of meditation since 1984 and began teaching stress reduction and meditation in the private and government sectors in 1990.
