| | Scott Hammock Good Start At A Bad Idea CD Scott Hammock Discography of CDs
Scott's dream from the day he was born in Eugene, Oregon was to be a singer and songwriter and share his music with the world. His dream is now coming true with the release of his first CD titled "Good Start At A Bad Idea".At the early age of nine Scott's family moved to Canada for a short period of time, where his father was hired to start up a wood manufacturing plant. While in Canada, Scott didn't waste any time finding the spotlight and competed in the Quanis Music Festival. From there Scott went on to perform in many musicals. As Scott says " None of the stuff I did as a kid paid any money, I did it because I loved being in the spotlight and in front of an audience".After High School, Scott moved to Hong Kong to follow in his father's footsteps of sales and marketing and attended the University of London, off shore program. Scott spent 4 successful years working in Hong Kong, Thailand and Vietnam. All of this hard work led up to Scott owning an international Import/Export company. Unfortunately, this was Scott's need to make his father proud and not his dream. Scott longed for something much more.In 2001 Scott took the first steps in pursing his dream by making the trip to Music City. Scott started writing and performing around town and the U.S. With Scott's marketing experience and music background Scott was poised to be the next newcomer to break through on the country charts. Good Start At A Bad Idea is the result of years of writing and life experiences. It was hard to pick out only 11 songs of the many he has written. Scott and various co-writers have written all eleven songs. These are songs that Scott feels everyone can associate with. As Scott puts it "I love everything about my life. The friends, the writing, the touring and producing, designing and performing on my own CD and seeing it through completion has been great" Good Start At A Bad Idea Music Scott Hammock Good Start At A Bad Idea Songs | 1. | Kiss |

Good Start At A Bad Idea songs
$16.45 RISE is an attack on the corporations and the governments they control. War Mongers, Dumbing Down America and Corporate Goosestep are examples of the blunt, no-holds- barred lyrics leading the attack. A cover of Open Your Eyes by the Lords of the New Church is included and the final song, Arminius, is about the German barbarian who, against all odds, defeated the Roman legions in 9 AD.. With "original, great, strange and yet passionate vocals that simply offer amazing interpretations suitable for the meanings that Lunatics want to share with the listeners", Kenny is joined by Mike Brickman (Hirax), Jorge Iacobellis (Hirax), Rusty Reens (Watch Me Burn), Bryce Waring and Zeke.LUNATICS ON PAROLE Rise (Green Revolution Records) The primary goal of music is to reveal the feelings and thoughts of its creators or even reflect the situations of the nowadays society. Well, not only... I also believe that one of music's essential reasons for existence are or at least should be its revolutionary character and the radical meanings it communicates... This is a utopia nowadays with all those corporations and multi national labels and the countless bands, whose sole purpose is to gain fortune and fame. Pathetic and sad, but true nevertheless. So, I always feel content when I come across bands that are imbued in the very essence of music, who "use" music as a vehicle, a pedestal to make their voices be heard, be it for music itself or other artistic or social reasons. Does this make them vulnerable? Definitely not! On the contrary it makes all of us stronger if we just take some time to listen to what they offer us, analyze and thoroughly think of it all. Changes are brought by opposing and reacting toward whatever bothers or annoys us, so this is what Lunatics On Parole do. They oppose and they bring a fresh air to our beloved music. How do they achieve that? Easily, by having catchy riffs, nice tunes and musical themes, along with great arrangements and to wrap it all up, compositions with a unique and personal character that make them distinguish and stand out from every other band! Needless to say anything about the craftmanship and the skills of the musicians that comprise this superb musical proposal!! Musically now they are hard to label since they incorporate in their sound elements from almost all the genres ...

| | Evidence Weatherman CD (2007)
Good Start At A Bad Idea music CDs
$12.59 Evidence, one-third of the esteemed underground rap group Dilated Peoples, makes the most of his solo debut album, The Weatherman LP. He retains the best aspect of his group efforts, the outstanding productions. But just as importantly, he ditches the most played-out aspect of Dilated Peoples, their back-to-basics conservatism in the face of changing times and trends. Consequently, The Weatherman LP is the freshest Dilated Peoples album, and certainly the most compelling from start to finish, since the good old days of Expansion Team (2001). As always, the Alchemist is a chief contributor, responsible for the beats on five of the album's 16 songs. "Letyourselfgo" is one of his strongest productions here; however, "Chase the Clouds Away" is his key contribution, the one sunny song on this otherwise stormy album. Evidence produces a few tracks himself, and Dilated Peoples colleague Babu handles a few too, most notably "A Moment in Time," which boasts some phenomenal turntable cuts. Sid Roams, Jake One, and DJ Khalil are also credited with beat-making. The productions are the highlight of The ...
