With musical influences including Prince, Michael Jackson, and Stevie Wonder, Cory's smooth style and grace are second only to his genuine charm and love of music.The third of three sons, Cory has been blessed with a strong male influence his entire life in addition to the love and support he received from his parents, Clifton and Ruby Lewis. Cory's love of music began at an early age but it was with his high school choir that he began to nurture his singing talent. Â While still in high school, Cory coupled two years in the choir with two semesters of formal vocal training under Dr. Belan of Cal State Los Angeles. Cory sang in an R&B group for four years before deciding to pursue a solo career. Â Collectively he and brothers Clifton Jr. and Sheldon formed Lewis Entertainment.
