The single's success (it reached number 12 on the Billboard singles chart) led to appearances on American Bandstand and at Carnegie Hall. Sailcat released a self-titled album in 1972 for Elektra that featured many of the heavy-hitters in the Southern rock field such as Chuck Leavell, the Memphis Horns, and Pete Carr. Soon after releasing the album, Sailcat broke up. Sailcat leader Johnny Wyker, who had been a member of the Rubber Band who recorded the original version of "Let Love Come Between Us," later a hit for James and Bobby Purify, went on to play with many of the great Southern rock musicians like Eddie Hinton, Dann Penn, Delany Bramlett, among others. He is currently working on a benefit project called The Mighty Field of Vision Anthem, a group dedicated to raising funds for musicians who have fallen on hard times.Checkout www.MIGHTYFIELDOFVISION.comNote from Wyker The bulk of the tracks on this CD were played by The Muscle Shoals Swampers featuring Roger Hawkins on drums, David Hood on Bass and Producion, Clayton Ivey on Hammond B-3, Tommy Patterson on Piano, Wayne Perkins on guitar and vocals, Charlie Hodge ( Elvis Mafia) Back up vocals, Guy Higginbotham on sax and flute, Pete Carr on 12 String guitar, Ronnie Brown on Slide guitar,Mike Lawley, Rodney Davis- guitars, Bill Connell on percussion.Max Lee keyboards, Butch Ledford,Bass,Chuck Leavell Piano, Art Shilling, guitar, Marlin and Jeanie Greene on vocals.Lou Mullenix, drums.Owen Brown- Bass, John Wyker vocal and guitar. Wild Water-Ski Weekend album
$11.35 NIGHT CASTLE appears just in time for the big 2009 holiday season but don't be fooled: this isn't a Christmas album, even if it's sonically indistinguishable from Trans-Siberian Orchestra's other seasonal releases, and the fact that it's been dubbed "Capra-esque" certainly brings it within the realm of the season. NIGHT CASTLE brims with all the drama, pomp, and circumstance of Trans-Siberian Orchestra's other records but channeling these traits ...

Wild Water-Ski Weekend CD music
$9.35 \"Duluth\" the song that convinced lawmakers to pass \"Vinnie\'s Law\" to extend bar close to 2 a.m. in Minnesota. Over the border drinking was an epidemic, so the Stardüsters wrote a song about our beloved drunk Duluthians who desperately searched for more booze each night after 1 a.m. in Superior, Wisconsin. After 2 a.m., these poor inebriated souls struggle into their cars to drive home to Minnesota and tragically (but also somewhat comically) drive off the bridge and drown in the greatest lake in the world. SUPPORT JOBS, SUPPORT DRINKING!The farmer grows the hops and barley; the brewer makes (and consumes massive quantities of) the beer; the barkeep serves (and consumes massive quantities of) the liquor; the barfly cheers the band; the drunkard attends the alcohol and drug rehabilitation center. Everybody dies alone and afraid. SPUR THE ECONOMY! FIGHT TERRORISM!In these hard economic times, unemployed workers are desperate for a place to turn and need the local pub now more than ever. By spending their ...

Check the websites for updates and lots more media."Great American Modern Rock" is a description that seems to embody the sound of TEN MAN PUSH. Guitar driven and Vocal oriented music are wrapped around a collection of great songs and stellar performances.Hailing from Central New York, this is a band you will hear more and more about. Check out the video and clips for a glimpse into the world of TEN MAN PUSH. This band is getting geared up for a big push...TEN MAN PUSH! Lonnie Park - Lead Vocals, GuitarGritty emotional songwriting and raw powerful vocals pour out of this front man for TEN MAN PUSH. "His melodies and lyrics draw you in and evoke raw emotions; you can't help but to feel that emotion and attach yourself right to it" (CNY Rock Review). Lonnie Park has nurtured his talents in the shadows of the music business as a performer, producer, writer, and studio engineer. Now TEN MAN PUSH is the platform where he demonstrates his passion and talent as the centerpiece for this new band. John West - Lead Guitar, VocalsIt is no surprise that the lead guitar work on the album is melodic yet gut wrenching and addictive! If you know John and his body of musical work, it all makes sense. He is the master of melody, and that is as evident in his approach to the guitar as it has been for vocals. His performance on harmonies and his signature voice add a unique texture to the songs. As a live performer, John brings a fantastic energy to the stage. As co-producer of the album, he lifts the level of quality for each and every element of the band.Nate Horton - DrumsHe’s a consummate professional and a quiet gentleman, but when ...
