Bruce Ewing, a native of Suffern, NY, and a graduate of the Hartt School of Music, Hartford, CT, is presently serving as Minister of Membership Development and Outreach Ministries at Community Lutheran Church in Las Vegas, NV. Before working in the ministry, Bruce taught public school music in Las Vegas, NV as well as years ago in Tuxedo, NY and Manchester, CT.For 14 years he worked all over the county in musical theater, with credits including five years in the Las Vegas production of "Forever Plaid" (playing Jinx, Sparky and Frankie), as well as national tours of "City of Angels" (Jimmy Powers), "Grand Hotel" (Erik and understudy for the Baron), and "Ziegfeld: A Night at the Follies" (production tenor).Bruce's last disc, "Tonight at Eight: Songs from Broadway," is still available. Angel Isaacs is considered by many to have been one of the first Independent national level Contemporary Christian music recording artists/songwriters. Today she also has the honor of being the one of the most highly trained theologian/artist/songwriters in CCM (Contemporary Christian Music). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication Radio/TV/Film from Abilene Christian University, 1984, a Master of Arts in Religion from David Lipscomb University, 1996, and a Master of Divinity from Lipscomb, 2006, in Nashville. She also has 15 hrs. in graduate work from UCF in Non-Profit Management. In addition, she has 15 hrs. graduate credit in a Master's in Creative Writing from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Angel has been trained by many best selling authors including Dr. Michael Lennon, who was the personal biographer of Norman Mailer, a multiple Pulitzer Prize winner and Dr. Bonnie Culver, whose plays have been performed on Broadway many times. Angel's story goes deeper than this, however. She rose to the top of financial success, perhaps one of the richest women in the world. Her late husband, Robin Isaacs, was the first person in history to use a computer to monitor the drilling of an oil well. His lifetime body of work as the leading expert world-wide became the bedrock not only for Exxon-Mobil's computer-aided monitoring of oil wells but for the oil industry as a whole. Angel holds the copyrights to his work and is in the process of writing a Creative Non-Fiction book about their life and work together. VISION OF THE LIVING TESTIMONY CHORALEThe Living Testimony Chorale sings for the Glory of God with one purpose in mind: to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The chorale then uses those songs to encourage the hearer to connect with God by uplifting the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Hence, the songs presented by the chorale and the testimony of the chorale's founder will 1) minister to believers so they will experience revival within the Body of Christ, and 2) minister to the unbeliever so they are offered the opportunity to partake in the experience of accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. TESTIMONY OF THE CHORALE FOUNDER, MAESTRO EUGENE PHILLIPS, JR Eugene Phillips stands as an example of a true living testimony. Eugene was recently diagnosis with a lesion within the left frontal lobe of his brain. The mass was thought to be benign, however, due to blood vessel activity within the mass, it was strongly suggested that Eugene have brain surgery to remove the lesion.On December 7th, 2004, Eugene underwent neurosurgery to remove the lesion and correct any improper activity in his brain. The surgery was very successful because that mass was indeed benign. The surgeon was also glad that the surgery did occur in a timely manner because based on the findings, Eugene was on the verge of having a seizure, but again, the problem was corrected. Eugene has received a clean bill of health and is now living happily in the State of Illinois. Eugene was also protected by the Lord during his college life. On March 3rd, 1993, Eugene Phillips accidentally pushed on a glass door while in his college dorm, which resulted in the glass crashing down onto his right arm, completely severing the arm down to the bone. With blood gushing everywhere, friends tried to secure the ailing arm while help was on the way. Once the paramedics arrived, Eugene was rushed to the local hospital. While at the hospital, Eugene flat lined and almost died. The doctors were able to revive Eugene and were relieved that they did not loose him. In fact, one of the doctors told Eugene that if he made it to the hospital just five minutes later, he would have certainly died because he had already lost 75% of the blood from his body.After Eugene was finally stabilized, a reconstructive surgeon told him that they were going to amputate his right arm.
