Although Sweden and Norway are the first countries that come to mind when one thinks of Scandinavian metal, Finland has turned out to be an impressive player as well--impressive for black metal, impressive for folk metal, impressive for gothic metal, and impressive for death metal. Released in 1996, Out've The Box "Broken Water" is the title of the debut solo record from Heavy Metal Guitarist Kevin Delaney (Kreep/Sugar Love Honey/Grayson Manor). Delaney (The heart and soul of OTB) recorded and produced "Broken Water" at Studio 1212 in Jamaica, Queens, NYC while handling vocal duties as well as playing all of the instruments himself on the Manic Records release. Other musicians were brought in only on tour.
