Let me start by saying that ALL of the missions and most of the characters(including you) are brand new, so its definately not the same 'Vice City' as on console. Just the ability to go anywhere and do anything is reason enough for 5 stars. And there is so much more!!:
Doezens of hours of gameplay if you complete everything.
A grip of sweet vehicles to drive, steal, crash, blow up, chase... whatever!
Killer graphics and scenery.
An arsenal of deadly and devastating weapons.
Tons of different missions, side missions, sub side missions and missions missions missions(did I mention the missions??).
Great soundtracks and dialogue...
The list goes on!!!
Anyone that loves GTA will love this handheld version of Vice City. Its Grand Theft Auto!!!! What else can I say? Brilliant!

this one is way better than lcs...here u can get helicopters, boats, jet ski, and even small planes(biplane and skimmer) great weapons it just ROCKS

Is the best avaible for PSP right now. return to Vice City in your Portable. You can swim and buy properties, just like the old good games of the GTA Series. ALl that on your PSP!

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories Hints To find this helicopter, first you need to be done with all the story missions. Get to the Escobar International area. Once you are there, go to the Escobar International Airport Building, where all the people get plane tickets and all that. If you see the sign "Escobar International" on the building than you are okay! You do not go inside the building. Instead, go to the left of the building and you will see an entrance for it looks like cars - go there! You will see an airplane that says "Plummet". Get all the way to the end of the runway and there you will see a plane that you can be able to drive, if you see it, go East of the plane and keep on going. Soon you will see a "Green, military, strong, fast" helicopter. It is not bulletproof but it is tough enough to withstand some gunfire. To shoot bullets press square and X (Together).
