| | Fragments 1995-2001 CD Fragments Discography of CDs
Recorded in May and June of 2001, Fragments is the culmination of six years of writing by Damian and Matthew Bonazzoli. The material is a complex blend of styles with folk, south western and classical influences adorned with haunting lyrics. On songs such as "The One I Love" and "Whatever the Day Brings," the production is lush and atmospheric, with layered instruments and percussion. At other times, such as the melancholy "Another Rainy Day," there is but a sole acoustic guitar and Matthew's unforgettably wistful vocals. This is more than a collections of songs; it is an experience to cherish. With over 60 minutes of music, this CD is for the discriminating as well as the casual listener. 1995-2001 CD music
$12.55 "Scot sings with heartfelt tenderness and at the same time he has a powerful voice that soars with confidence and emotion. He's an absolute winner when it comes to ballads. Right now cabaret has him, but he's destined for Broadway." -John Hogland, Back Stage "Scot Wisniewski has everything going for him: a beautiful voice, heartfelt interpretations, an engaging personality, and appealing good looks." -Roy Sander, NYC cabaret critic "Audiences will want to take notice of Scot's talent."Barbara & Scott Siegel, Theatermania.com "My favorite track is a fresh look at "On the Street Where You Live." Scot takes his time with it and creates a character who is more in awe with being on that street where that special someone resides, rather than the usual bursting-with-joy interpretation. It really works. His phrasing shows thought and a sense of wonder. I hope to hear more from him soon. Scot's Way is way ahead of many."Rob Lester, TalkingBroadway.com "The word "crooner" comes to mind when thinking about Wisniewski's gorgeously smooth and silky voice. His rendition of Not While I'm Around from Sweeney Todd is simultaneously reassuring and heartbreaking." ANDY PROPST-The Sondheim Review___At a towering six feet eight inches tall, Scot Wisniewski commands your attention. His debut cabaret show titled The Beginning opened in 2002 at the legendary Don't Tell Mama cabaret club in NYC and ran to sell out crowds for three months, a triumph for a debut show. Although Scot would say that his musical training began while he was still in the womb (his mother used to sing to him), his ...

1995-2001 songs
$14.79 Reviews:"Exquisite pianism devoted entirely to the music itself" -Denis Matthews"Coffey has a magic touch with music for dreaming and relaxing. Enjoy her reveries." -Monterey County Herald, Nov. 25, 1999"Melinda Coffey is a treasure. Her superb pianism and ability to seem graciously at home in a wide variety of performing curcumstances has earned her a reputation as both a stellar accompanist and enchanting soloist." - Monterey County Herald, Jan. 16, 1999Melinda Coffey, pianistMelinda took up piano at age nine in her hometown, Healdsburg, California, because ballet school was too expensive and too far away. She fell into the hands of an exceptional piano teacher, Alla Dakserhof, from the pre-revolutionary St. Petersburg Conservatoire, who guided her for nine years, up until she entered the University of California at Santa Barbara, where Mrs. Dakserhof had already chosen a teacher for her. College degrees (bachelor’s at UCSB, summer study in Switzerland, and M.A at the University of British Columbia) followed, pro forma finishing touches on the exceptional foundation laid by Mrs. Dakserhof. On graduation from UBC she won first prize in the National Competitive Music Festival in Toronto and settled into her Canadian orbit: eighteen years of concertizing, recording(60 recitals for the CBC, television, CDs for Meridian Records of London and Waterlily Records,Toronto), touring (from the Northwest Territories to Montreal, England, France, Israel and the U.S.), and teaching (Vancouver Academy of Music, Vancouver Community College and privatestudio) in Vancouver, Canada. This stimulated and refined her professional life, but left her unable to remember what the sun looked like. Fate stepped in, bringing her to Carmel ...
