“I’m here to rattle your cage, touch your heart, blow your mind, and rock your soul!” ABOUT THIS CDWelcome to my first music recording adventure. This album is a collection of several individual songs, each of which reflect a part of me or of my experience of life - ranging from ecstasy to horror, joy to sorrow, clarity to confusion, overconfidence to cluelessness, aggression to victimization & from fear to love. The first song “Cut Loose” is straightforward rock n’ roll. “Father” and “Cold Way Back” are rock ballads about 2 different aspects of our human experience.Recently, Gary Malkin and Michael Stillwater produced a beautiful album titled “Graceful Passages”. It’s intent is to assist people in experiencing death as a peaceful, graceful passage. In my song “Didn’t Want to Die”, I give a voice to all the times that death is not a graceful passage and is filled with loss, anger and resentment.I’ve noticed that there aren’t many songs that deal with terror. So, I wrote “Run, Run, Run” to express the feelings of being frightened, victimized, oppressed and utterly confused.“Love to be Lazy” is a song that reflects one of my core philosophies about how I want to live. “Life is a Song” also reveals a lot about how I look at life now. Since reality is more or less just a story that we’re continually “making up” as we go along – why not make up a story that includes lots of love and joy?On my own life journey, I’ve found that the fullness and joy that I express in “Love to be Lazy” “Life is a Song” and “Cut Loose” are only possible when I also fully embrace all the so-called dark sides that are expressed in “Didn’t Want to Die” and “Run, Run, Run”.If possible, please listen to this CD through headphones, to get the full effect (e.g. on a Discman or through your computer, iPod, etc.). Several of the songs are compiled of 30+ tracks, which will not come through without headphones.I hope you enjoy listening, Steve Fox Steve Fox Cut Loose Songs | 1. | Cut Loose |

Cut Loose album
$14.45 After the dark and chilling themes of 2006's BLACK CADILLAC, which saw Rosanne Cash dealing with the deaths of her mother, Vivian Liberto, her father, Johnny Cash, and her stepmother, June Carter Cash -- all of whom passed within a two-year span -- one might assume that her next project would move into an even deeper level of bleakness, but with THE LIST, it's immediately clear that she has instead found a more measured place to stand. It's a lovely and redemptive outing that looks back to go forward. When Cash turned 18, her father, alarmed that his daughter only knew the songs that were getting played on the radio, gave her a list of what he considered 100 essential American songs; Cash kept that list, and now she's drawn on it for this wonderfully nuanced ...

$15.65 With its titanic guitar solos, symphonic suites, and multi-layered melodies, Muse's fifth album operates under the assumption that bigger is better. This is the very definition of a super-sized album, an album that takes its cues from Queen, its lyrics from science fiction novels, ...

| | Kenjamin Dreams In The Morning CD (2003)
Cut Loose music CDs
$16.45 Kenjamin's music career started in 1970 at the young age of 10 years old. He would play every chance he could get his hands on his older brothers guitar and in turn, suffered the consequences every time he got caught. Oh, the lessons in life are as such! He would often sing aloud in the school playground without any demurral or recollection of fear. The girls seemed to notice which must have meant something. The term 'such a ham' rang all too familiar then. Later, in 1975, at age 15, he formed an amateur acoustic band called THE FAMILY. I reiterate this as an amateur acoustic band with an overwhelming sense of heart. Along with seven of his closest friends, Kenjamin spent this time "learning the ropes I guess you'd say", which did infact entail it's fair share of banging on anything around them. During this period he was able to filter through several talented musicians while building his own abilities. This resulted in forming his next group, XTR {X-it To Reality). Throughout the event of five or more years together and all their hard work, XTR found themselves opening for major acts including Leon Russell, Paul Young, and John Butcher Axes, along with othes. Hardship ...

| | Soundbytes Don't Touch That Dial! CD (2006)
Cut Loose CD music
$11.49 Sound Bytes is the combination of two artists; Steve Dromensk and Dave Kibler. They began their musical careers in the 60's. Steve, from Santa Clara, CA (south of San Francisco) put a band together in 1965 called The Zu, which then became Goodie Two Shoes, and finally, (with all the same members) and under his leadership, became Papa Du Run Da Run in 1972. The band is still performing today as Papa Doo Run Run. In 1994 Steve joined with long time friend and studio musician Dave Kibler to form Sound Bytes. Dave began performing as a teenager back in 1963. His group, The Cobras, played all around the Monterey, CA area, as Dave became known for his exceptional guitar playing. That ability led Dave into the recording studio where he was to meet up with Steve in 1973. From that point on whenever Steve needed some excellent guitar tracts he'd call on Dave. He'd also enlist Dave to work on all his guitars as Dave had become an expert on guitar and amp repair. In 1994 Steve was requested by a former high school teacher to put on a one man act for a senior all night party at his alma matre, Cupertino High School. He immediatly thought of Dave (who was stepping into the wonderful world of computer/techno/rock and roll) as a ...
